CYNTHIA R. EXNER: Senior Attorney, attended L'Universite' de Dijon in France, and graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages. She worked for the Chase Manhattan Bank at One Chase Plaza in New York City where she studied for her MBA Degree. She then worked for Georgia-Pacific Corporation before obtaining her Juris Doctorate from Pace Law School in White Plains, New York, in 1980. She has practiced law since 1980, and has specialized in Immigration law since 1984. She has served as the Connecticut Chapter Chairperson to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), on the AILA Board of Governors, she is the 1993 Recipient of the AILA Pro Bono Award for promoting the highest goals of professional responsibility and the 1993 Business and Professional Women's Top Honor as Woman of the Year, AILA Mentor Committee Chair, Executive Committee of the Women and the Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the Federal District Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
